Payments are due 50% down, and the remaining balance will be paid via a 20/20/10 model.

WordPress is the leading content management system (CMS) that is trusted by businesses globally. We love working with WordPress since it is manageable and user friendly to clients (after they are trained by us!).

 

Yes, we will show simple ways to update content and images on your new website. If you do not have time to make changes, we will be happy to do it for you as part of our web maintenance plan which includes minor content changes.

 

It depends. Two factors determine the timeline of your project: communication and content. We find that content is the biggest bottleneck in the web design process. If your content is ready to go before we start, the scope of your website project, and if you can give us feedback pretty quickly. Our average timeline for web designs is 6-8 weeks, depending on your availability and content. To save time, we also offer keyword-rich web content writing for an additional fee.

Yes we can! We are a virtual business so you can be located anywhere on the globe, and we can help you. We use tools such as Zoom, Slack, Asana, and good old-fashioned email to stay connected to you while we work together. 

 

Yes, we will provide a training module and Zoom walkthrough of your new website so you know what to do to keep your website up and running.

 

Yes! We will perform weekly security tests, monthly updates and check ups, PLUS  make minor content and image updates. 

 

All website design services require an advance payment of a minimum of 50% of the total project fees. The remaining 50% is paid via a 20/20/10 payment schedule via automatic payments set up at onboarding.

We accept corporate checks, ACH, and all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or personal check payments.

 

We have great relationships with local and national web hosts that offer what you need for an optimized website. This is not a place to go cheap. Good hosting plans are worth every penny!

 

Absolutely! We offer social media management and lead generation funnels if your business needs more than a shiny new website. To get started, just ask!

 

We start with a 3-month commitment. By that time, you should see results in terms of more followers and engagement on your posts. As a rule, it takes a social media scroller 7 touches before they make a decision. That is why consistency is so important.

We do not make guarantees on how long it will take before you generate quality leads.
